My Real Food Method is a root-cause, real-life approach to nutrition that helps you understand why your body is struggling — and what it actually needs to feel better. We focus on nourishing your body with real food, building sustainable habits, and creating systems that work in the middle of busy, messy, beautiful life.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in meeting you where you are, supporting your nervous system, balancing blood sugar, healing the gut, and helping you feel confident feeding yourself and your family — without overwhelm.


This is nutrition counseling with accountability, strategy, and empathy — so you’re never doing this alone.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

This 4-month one-on-one experience is for women who are ready to stop guessing, stop jumping from protocol to protocol, and finally feel at home in their body again.

We work together to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and build a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle — not the other way around.
